The planetGOLD Mongolia project organized a training on preparation and submission of documentary requirements for small-scale gold processing plant on March 20, 2024, in Mandal soum, Selenge province, Mongolia.

Small-scale gold processing plants owners, artisanal miners, and representatives of the Precious Metal Traders National Association participated in the training.

During the training, participants learned the details and steps of acquiring processing plant operational permits and documentation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

The most significant outcome of the training was that "Glogex Consulting" LLC and "Greentrends" LLC delivered participants with detailed information on document alignment to obtain operational permits - Feasibility Study Report and Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment - for gold processing systems to operate legally.
